We just finished a visit with Minnie and Pop-Pop and our house is bursting at the seams with new princess paraphernalia. The Wog now has a princess watch, a princess papasan chair, multiple princess nightgowns and swimsuits, and just about any other princess item a little girl could ever want. She spent the visit swirling, twirling, and admiring herself in any reflective or semi-reflective surface she could find. When prodded (or in complete spontaneity) The Wog will announce, "I'm a princess!" When further pressed, she told us that Minnie is "like a king" (a queen?), Pop-Pop is a monster, Daddy is a pirate, and I'm a witch. I'm sure she meant "witch" in its very best sense.The Golden Pig showed off his easygoing personality, and enjoyed being held and admired by all. Both The Wog and The Golden Pig are both the beneficiaries of not one, not two, but THREE new baby pools. It's a veritable waterpark here at our house!
